⚠️ Please Note: Gold and Silver Coins are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate the Refund Process?
  1. Customers may request a return in case of:
    • Wrong size ordered
    • Product damaged during delivery
    • Manufacturing defect
  2. Such requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting our Customer Support Team at:

  3. Any return request made after 7 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.
  4. To initiate a return, please mail us at rbjewellers2407@gmail.com or call our helpline number +91 81674 95756. We will arrange a reverse pickup at your doorstep.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
  1. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our Customer Care team.
  2. Once confirmed, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
After Shipment:
  1. If you wish to cancel after your order has been shipped, kindly do not accept the delivery when it arrives.
  2. Reject the delivery at the time of arrival.
  3. Once we receive the returned product at our facility, we will initiate the refund process.
  4. The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the time we receive the product.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.
  • The product must be:
    • In unused condition
    • In its original packaging with tags, certificates, and invoice intact
  • If these conditions are not met, the refund may not be possible.
Refund Turnaround Time (TAT)
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method through NEFT/RTGS or Bank Transfer within 7–10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product at the RB Jewellers warehouse.
